Gibraltar: School bus driver gets honored for years on the job.

Martha Smith is the thirty year veteran bus driver that has put quite some time and miles into her job. She knew that a bus driver was going to be recognized by the board of education, but did not know who it was for. Her aide had said to Smith that the recognition was for her, because that is what she had heard. The recognizing was indeed for her. Even though she has a son and a daughter, she is said that she treats the kids as her own kids. She likes to go the extra mile for the kids, for example; on the holidays she decorates, and gives away presents. Although most of the kids don't say thanks, she does not mind because it comes from the heart. AAlthough she is sixty-something years old and insist that "the number does not get more specific than that"; she does not plan on retiring just yet.

My community is wrestling

Wrestling is a sport to most people but to others is a life style. I'm saying it's a life style because the athletes that do wrestling have to do things a certain way. They learn to discipline themselves. They also set goals that will be accomplished by hard work and sacrifice. In wrestling there's traveling, dieting, work outs, dedication and time. Wrestling does take up time but there is always time for school and family. Which are the two most important things for a wrestler besides winning. If they succeed in school they have to opportunity to go to almost any college, and family because they are always there cheering and supporting the athlete.
